Bob McClanahan has been a contractor for over 20 years, overseeing more than 1,000 builds ranging from single family homes, multifamily homes, townhomes and commercial properties in the Coastal Maryland and Delaware region. After working for a national home builder for 15 years, Bob ventured out on his own and couldn’t be happier. He prides himself on dedication and detail, bringing an unparalleled knowledge, enthusiasm, and work ethic to the job, and treating every project as if it were his own home. 

Off the job, you can find him spending time with his two daughters, Mara and Cora, and his wife, Jody. He also finds a little bit of time to sneak in his hobbies—offshore fishing, golfing, and piloting. 

McClanahan Building Company specializes in residential and commercial projects, including condo buildings, additions, and renovations. They have extensive experience working with civil engineers, architects, interior designers, pool companies, HOAs, and landscape architects.
